Sainte-Maxime is one of France’s beloved seaside towns attracting Europeans in the know. Families with kids of all ages come to this part of the South of France for a relaxing getaway lasting anywhere from just a few days to a few weeks at a time. The appeal of Sainte-Maxime is its laid-back character, warmth, and historic charm paired with exceptional cafés, shops, restaurants, markets and beautiful sandy beaches.

Foodies will eat and drink to their heart’s delight and it’s worth noting that world-class rosé is produced in the area and wine tasting is a favorite pastime for locals and tourists alike. Although Sainte-Maxime is popular with tourists from different parts of the world, unlike other vibrant coastal towns in the South of France, the area around our home is still very French and you’ll hear predominantly French spoken on the streets, as well as in the stores and restaurants.
